This privacy policy describes how the LLL Dashboard (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects information when used by authorized users of Little Laura Lane to view internal business analytics.

1. Who we are

The App is operated by Little Laura Lane for internal use only. It is not a public consumer-facing application.

2. Information we access

When authorized users connect third-party accounts, the App may access:

  • Bank transactions — via SimpleFIN Bridge (transaction dates, descriptions, amounts, categories)
  • Shopify store data — orders, revenue, products, and customer cohort metrics
  • Meta (Facebook) Ads data — campaign and ad performance metrics (spend, impressions, purchases, etc.)

We do not collect data from App users’ personal Facebook profiles beyond what is required to access the connected ad account.

3. How we use information

Data is used solely to:

  • Display internal financial and marketing dashboards
  • Calculate business metrics (cash flow, P&L, ad performance, retention)
  • Sync and store aggregated snapshots for reporting

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How we store information

Data is stored on servers controlled by Little Laura Lane (self-hosted infrastructure). Access is protected by authentication. API credentials are stored as environment variables and are not exposed to end users.

6. Data retention

Synced data is retained for as long as needed for internal business reporting. Users may request deletion of stored data by contacting us.
