Luca is a bright, joyful little boy who brings so much light to everyone around him. But behind that light is a journey no family ever expects to walk. At just one year old, Luca was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a form of cancer that has turned his world—and his family’s world—upside down. Days that once felt ordinary are now filled with hospital visits, treatments, and more strength than any child should ever have to carry, and yet, through it all, Luca continues to shine.
Luca’s family has faced more than most. Just a few short years ago, Luca’s dad, JC, lost his own mom to cancer. So when Luca was diagnosed, it wasn’t just devastating—it brought back a wave of fear, grief, and memories that no family should have to relive. And still, if you meet them, what stands out most isn’t the hardship—it’s their love. It’s the way they show up for Luca, the way they hold onto hope, and the way they keep going, even on the hardest days.

When I started Little Laura Lane, I always knew I wanted it to be more than just pajamas. I wanted it to be a way to tell stories, to create something meaningful, and to support families walking through the unimaginable. Luca’s story is one of those moments.
